Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet these conditions: unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging with tags/accessories.
How to start a return
Email support@furicafit.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address. Please do not ship items back before receiving authorization.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process.
